Push ups and body exercises will be excellent. Great value and provides much more sturdy grip than my normal push up bars. The slides I don't have much use but it's good to have for options

Tato sada je naprosto skvělá. Poskytuje velkou variabilitu cviků. Kvalitní provedení. Kluzáky používám na plovoucí podlaze - neškrábou. Stojí rozhodně za to - na domácí formování postavy je TOP. Moc ráda ji používám. Se zakoupením jsem váhala, nevěděla jsem, jestli ji využiji. Snad nejlepší výrobek z Decathlonu co mám.
Nejlepší podpěry kliků, jaké jsem zatím měl - neničí karpály. Navíc jsou variabilní, nekloužou na podložce ani v rukou. Bezva

Es war ein Geschenk. (Bruder schenkt an Bruder) Der beschenkte hat sich sehr gefreut und es noch im alten Jahr gleich ausprobiert.
Oh yes, sind die gut! Habe die Teile bei meinem Physiotherapeuten kennen gelernt, nachdem ich mir mein Handgelenk zerlegt hatte. Inzwischen nehme ich die Teile überall hin mit und mache meine Übungen damit. Absolut vielseitig. Die Wechselplatten sind genial!

- Using just the handles lets you do press-ups with your wrists straight for a more practical position and wider range of movement.- Using the rounded base under the handles lets you do unstable press-ups to boost the difficulty of the exercise - and your results!- The slide discs let you work your lower body (glutes and legs).- You can clip the slide discs to the grips for core work.
How to use the slide discs
The slide discs can be used alone or stacked with the grips.They are reversible for all uses.Use the blue side on hard surfaces such as wood or tiled floors.Use the black side on soft surfaces such as carpet or mats.

Instability exercises work more of your muscles, and especially your stabilising muscles.
