Has a mesh inside, I'm not a particular fan of this stype bit for £4 can't complain
Perfect for my needs of several short runs a week (3-5 miles). Good value for money.

Why pay more?
My experience: useful for very short runs (5k and under). Anything over that and they chafe. More than 10k and the rub will have been so bad that I probably wouldn't be running next day.

Didn't like these at all. They were not expensive but in reality they were cheap. I will not wear them, may return them but basically a lesson in "you get what you pay for" That said I'm a little disappointed that Decathlon sell them
training shorts marginally smaller than i would like
I bought these as a replacement for my regular running shorts and found them very comfortable and quick drying. I ran the recent LLHM in them and they were a great choice at a great price
Decathlon does it again, well made, comfortable and very competitively priced, what more could you want, quick delivery?.
