As soon as I get out of bed I use these brilliant little prickly domes to energise the reflex points on the soles of my feet. I immediately feel the benefit in my whole body!
These feet mobility stations are very good not only for balance training but to increase the proprioception.
Great small items which can be used and stashed away. Feel really good on your feet after a long day too.

Great device to use anytime of the day for some self foot reflexology, especially useful for my PT clients who train barefoot; getting on this a few minutes before starting training helps them to have better sensory feedback of their foot muscles, and improve their training performance. Also quite useful as a additional sensory/ balance device for pushups, planks kind of movements.

Helpful tip
Guess what: you can use both sides of the Feet Rehab! Practical, right? A smooth surface on one side for your balance exercises, and a textured surface on the other, to help blood circulation when sitting down, with your bare feet on the product. Enjoy!
How to adjust your feet rehab
Just remember that you shouldn't feel the ground when you're on the product. If you can feel the ground, inflate it using a pump with a needle (sold separately - reference: 8369006).
