I didn't want to fork out a load of money for an excercise plan that I couldn't follow through with. I am new to weight training after having a baby a year ago. It's easy to assemble, you get what you pay for. The only issue I've found is that the grips for your hands are ridiculously rough so get yourself a pair of gloves it you buy this product, and also the entire thing is covered in 'dust' - the inside packaging is made from an odd type of cardboard and leaves residue all over the item.

Hi, I understand the bar is 130cm long, but could you please clarify what is the inner length of the bar? Meaning, what is the distance between the two flanges, or the widest possible hand grip? Thanks
Awesome product for value for home pump classes. My wife uses it 2-3 times per week for the online Les Mills Pump Classes.
Pros: 1. Good quality bar, weight, and the lock 2. Relatif terjangkau jika dibandingkan merek lain Cons : 1. di awal pemakaian bar dan bebannya banyak pelumas jadi mesti dilap2in dulu 2. Bar terdiri dari 3 bagian yang bisa dicopot - pasang, bikin rada khawatir untuk dikasih beban lebih dari 20 KG

I am hoping that I can purchase additional plates from decathlon for the pump weight training kit
10kg Kit product is awesome. Due to gym closure its a MUST to have this at home for sinple arms and bicept workout. Fantastic product which i used it every day after work. Easy to fix as well.

1. Dirty plates and black stain after touching the bar 2. Quality of plates is below expectation. Round metal disc in between plates are not sterdy. 3. When you fix all 3 bars together, the plates will rotate with the bar when curling. 4. Not recommended for the price of SGD 100. Can get better ones on shopee.

The item looks good but yet to use it. However, the item came with a lot of dust and scratches all on the oily plates. Overall, it does not look like a brand new equipment to me. But if you don't mind about it, it would be great as a home workout equipment.

As this item is made out of 15% rubber, they do come a little oily so the plates do not stick together when transporting. Hence, it will be good to wipe the equipment clean with a damp cloth and let it dry before and after using :)
