Excellent mat for the price
I have used this mat for a month now. I fell in love with it when I first used it. The cushioning was so good. It was so comfortable. I mainly use it for stretching. No dynamic exercise is involved. However, the mat got very stretchy after a few uses, to a point that it slides and bent in a way that I can no longer hold my posture. It definitely affects my performance. On top of that, you can easily cause a permanent indentation on the spot where pressure is applied. It may not be aesthetically pleasing. I guess perhaps an extra layer of different material can be added to the base, to prevent the mat from easily stretched and deformed during workout.
