Our football product design teams created this modular pace ladder to allow trainers to set up a variety of different coordination exercises.

The modular range and our take on the training ladder
Using our field observations and through discussions with coaches, we were able to note various needs when laying out exercises: Mark out, target, avoid, etc.: some products are designed for one particular use (see our ESSENTIAL range). So we decided to also create a range of MODULAR accessories: a range of products that allow coaches to broaden the range of exercises they can prepare for their players, using simple and cleverly designed technical solutions.
How to use an agility ladder
Flexibility
Our training ladder is part of this range. Its rungs are attached with press-studs, allowing trainers to change the size of the pressure zones or create lateral pressure zones by chaining several ladders together, increasing the number of different exercises they can create. Follow the story!

Son loves it
Quite short in length
Bought a couple of these and a couple of another brand. The rungs are further apart on these, I would recommend for older kids and adults only. Tough overall, designed to be used with shoes and boots and not get completely tangled up. I found the bag they came in too small to get them back into, hence not 5 stars.
