How to care for my jogflow 100 shoes
We recommend that you avoid machine washing your shoes as this causes damage to the technological and material properties of the shoe; they may come unstuck or shrink, and upper fabric may tear. When shoes are very dirty (mud), we recommend washing them with soapy water and a synthetic brush. Definitely don\'t use bleach! Rinse with fresh water. Avoid putting shoes near a heat source to dry.
Why is there cushioning in running shoes?
In order to keep on running healthily, you need to protect your body (joints, back, knees etc.) effectively from shocks and vibrations.The cushioning of the JOGFLOW 100 shoes has been designed to reduce the impact of repeated shocks from the moment you start jogging.
Why are the jogflow 100 shoes specially designed for jogging?
When you run, the shock wave generated by each impact with the ground corresponds to approximately three times your weight. This wave runs from the heel to the top of the spinal column. Your joints act as shock absorbers but are also severely put to the test. Choosing a good pair of running shoes is therefore essential for absorbing shocks and dispersing vibrations.

I was a little unsure of these trainers at first, as the toe angle is incredibly sharp and could be felt immediately, but these really are excellent, please read on!
I mean, who has feet that point in the middle like that??
Anyway, standing and walking in them the tight fit at the toes was even more prominent, and quite uncomfortable.
I was considering sending them back when I tried doing some actual exercise in them (for which they are made of course) and they are really superb, particularly for the money.
Very stable and secure, very comfortable during activity, excellent for running, skipping, plyometric cardio etc.
Once they've been worn in a little, they are also quite comfortable for walking in, although it's never too upsetting to take them off if I've worn them for a couple of hours.
I will definitely get another pair of these when they wear out, the grip is excellent, they look great and they're superb for what they were designed to do.
Bought for my grandson who seems to be gie chuffed with them
