Great boots
Kids feet grow so quickly so to have some affordable walking boots around is great. The quality of these boots is excellent despite the low price. Would highly recommend.
Great job
Outstanding value for money and not waterproof but a squirt of Niki Wax solves the problem. This is the second pair we have bought and when they become too small we will buy the same again.

We booth these for our 8 years old to wear for scouts. They are great, comfortable and fit her well. Very good purchase at a friction of the price, compared to branded ones. Highly recommended
As hiking boots hoped they would be water proof but theh are not which is a shame for kids so probably wouldn't recommend as hiking boots but would recommend as cheap trainer type boots instead.

My son really finds it comfy
Kids walking shoes shouldn't be pricey, they will outgrow them so quickly. These are ideal. Solid and seem durable with good ankle protection. Not waterproof, but will withstand a bit of grim weather and puddles.

The grip of our soles is certified.To be awarded certification, the shoes must pass laboratory tests to assess the grip rate (0.6 for this model) on different surfaces (Smooth, Rugged, Dry, Wet).To validate these tests, we also assess the quality of our soles on the field, in the mountains, by a panel of young testers.
Which size should i select?
For hiking, do not hesitate to buy one size larger than the usual size to guarantee excellent comfort on the descent and to avoid toes rubbing at the tip of the shoe. Tip: keep your toenails short, and before going downhill at any time, check that your laces are tight enough to stop your feet slipping down towards the front of the shoes.
Purchasing advice
Allow children to try on both shoes, standing up, with the socks worn for hiking. Check two comfort points: the base of the heel and the front part of the foot going down. Avoid all pressure points when trying them on. Don't hesitate to allow then to walk around the store. Gradually start using you shoes during your first few hiking trips to break them in.
Removable insole
Removable insole for faster drying. It can also be replaced by an orthopaedic insole.
