Really burns the energy off and helps co ordination great set
This seems exactly what I wanted to introduce the children to boxing as a fitness sport.
Expansive and small
Ideal for young children.
The bag are heavy enough for kids age 3-9years old. The gloves are big enough for kids age 5-9years old

The kids' boxing set is composed of:- a synthetic punching bag covered with a high-quality polyester canvas. Great for working on repeated punches. The hanging system features highly durable reinforced straps.- The BG100 4oz boxing gloves are made from flexible moulded foam that protects you from impacts.The PU coating is very durable and will make your gloves last longer. The mesh palm and thumb offer breathability.
