Good enough to be useful

Not a bad bag that you can fit a good amount of food in for a day out but not overly big. Stays cold for the day but need some decent ice blocks which obviously take up important space. I was disappoint that it doesn't have straps on the underneath to attach blanket. (Unless mine was faulty and came without them)

Great to carry a mini fridge on your back when you are out for the day with the family.

Whilst on holiday in France, nearly every family had one of these. We decided it would be a much easier way to carry a picnic, so we bought one when we got back home. It seems very good quality but we haven't yet had a chance to use it as the weather hasn't been suitable.

Loaded (not overloaded) for the first time, picked the bag up to put it on my back and the stitching where the shoulder straps meet the rucksack have failed. Returned for refund as not fit for purpose. Also disappointed that Decathlon do not sell any ice-packs small enough for the numerous internal pockets (e.g. the one in the lid). I was recommended one which is clearly too large.

A really good backpack. The side pocket is a very good idea. Provides easy access to drinks etc without having to take the bag off your back. Lots of storage space. Definitely recommend!

I bought this for several large picnics I was planning, but I don't think I'll use it again. It's hard to retrieve items in a crowded situation, and it's not leakproof at all, which is very annoying.

This ice backpack is excellent, it keeps food cold for a long period of time, plenty of room, very comfortable to wear, easy access thanks to the side pockets.

I bought this to replace a similar product which literally fell apart after a few days use. Have now been using this one daily for a few weeks and it is holding up well. I carry about 2 liters of liquids, a microwave pot, a couple of yoghurts and some fruit. I seperate things into smaller cool bags then put a couple of icepacks inbetween the bags. When I get home after a 13 hour day aluminium cans are still as cold as straight out of the fridge! So far so good. Would have given 5 stars if it was a darker colour!

This is a really great product at a reasonable price.It does everything you could ask of a coolbag and is a great rucksack.

This product ended up being better than expected, really comfy to wear, stacks of room and kept everything cool. The zips are perfectly located, the shelf on the inside withstood all i could throw at it, and i like the cut out in the shelf that allows you too stand large bottles up.

The idea of a cooler backpack is fabulous, but this one leaks, not just a few drops but by the gallon. I tried to keep some drinks cool on a long drive, added a bag of ice, and after a few hours, the entire floor of the trunk was wet. What's the point of a cooler, if you can't use ice because the material isn't waterproof?
