I have arthritis and my hands are often stiff and painful. A few minutes every day using the kit has helped to strengthen my fingers.
Easy to transport and use. Pictures with instructions could be better detailed.

I use to of these things in class. Great bouncy squishy em doesn't make so much noise for the teacher. helps with test stress.

worst product ever i have seen. the band broke on a single use while stretching the fingers with it.
I had low BP problem.My hands and feet felt little numb.One of my friend suggested to do hand and feet exercise, so i purchased this. Seems helping .
These are good items to keep at home for exercises.
Really good product, can feel good quality but price is bit more. I would more enjoy if the plastic ball with spikes is made up from a wood piece. I would say this product is bit overpriced
Especially useful for strengthening fingers extension.
I liked the product. The massage ball is good. .regarding the finger mobility I am not sure whether those are made for indian hands. I feel those are big for my hand. One more ball is good for hand excersie.
for me as therapist this are really good tools for strengthening my fingers and arms
