        Install your bike so that it doesn't move and at the right height on your bike workstand.Using an Allen key or a pedal key (ref:8938257) Remove your pedals.Please note that the left pedal unscrews clockwise, and the right pedal anti-clockwise.

        Each pair includes a left pedal (marked with a L or a marking) and a right pedal (marked with a R or no marking).If in doubt, check the packaging.Apply grease (Ref:8874174) on the pedal thread to prevent jamming.Use a pedal key (ref:8938257) for screwing in: Right pedal (R)Screw clockwise.
