Great deal for a starter mat
We use these for exercise in the garden. Not used them as a base when sleeping at camp. Excellent for my intended use

Very poor quality, don't waste your money.
Very poor quality, no grip on the floor, small size. Already broken after my first usage
Quite thin and foamy, but in my view perfect for outdoor use especially on grass. They clean easily and don’t let moisture through. Bit thin for regular indoor use.
The mat is extremely basic and has no grip what so ever. It is like having a thick sheet of paper under you.
Cushions the floor and myself whilst on it!
Very cheap but did come with dents/scratches - can’t complain too much for the price. Would say be careful as it’s easily tear-able but for the price paid it’s fit for purpose.

How to use your mat
To use your mat for stretching, place the striped side face down and stand or sit on the smooth side. We recommend doing your exercises while barefoot or wearing socks. To keep your mat in good condition, you can wipe it off with a damp cloth after each use.
A handy tip
You can also fold the mat over itself for an extra layer of cushioning when doing exercises on your knees. That's what we do, and it works like a charm! :) !
How to avoid slipping on your mat
Your mat may get a bit slippery if you sweat during your exercises. To practise safely, we recommend spreading a towel over your mat or using a towel to regularly wipe down the surface of your mat.
