Fantastic life saver after Fighting cancer for four years I was only 60 kg I decided After my last chemotherapy treatment I would go back to training. I bought a number of these bands and I use them on a daily basis along with my own diet I am now 90 kg of muscle so these bands have been a lifesaver and they are fantastic quality unlike others I have tried . I have issues with my hips my shoulders my wrists and I have adapted these bands so I can still work out all parts of my body.

Good quality. Bought instead of weights. Takes up less space, and more easily transportable.

These fit in overnight bag perfectly will ge purchasing a couple more of different resistance

I bought this and was not disappointed, great piece of kit

Bought these due to lockdown and not being able to get to the gym. After a bit of research on distant exercises that I can do with these, I found them to be an excellent alternative to using weights. I will continue to use these for certain exercises even when the gyms open up again. The convenience of being able to use them anywhere has even got my partner interested in doing some workouts, who doesn’t usually show any interest in exercising. I would recommend purchasing a door anchor and gloves to use with these. A door anchor opens up a lot of new exercises you can do in the home, and gloves to help protect your hands. My only question about these is if the specified weight refers to the tension they produce when at full stretch or start from that weight?

If you're looking for something cheap and easy, this is it, it gets the job done and it reasonably good quality, in fact, I haven't come over a problem and I've been using it for the past 3 months. Overall cheaper than somewhere like Rebel and great quality.
