Very comfortable with strong grip to floor to prevent slipping with a great length
Having just bought a poor may online, I saw sense and went to decathlon, like I should have are the start? The best mat I have had, recommended

I have two workout spaces and I have bought one of these for each space. I use them for abs workouts and for press-ups, where they are much more comfortable than thinner mats I had previously. It’s a thick mat which doesn’t compress, which us great
A year on and the mat is still thick and comfy for sports. Its not easy to transport because of the thickness, but it's good for use in the same place (like home!l.

Well worth paying more money and not going for the cheaper camping mats that are so thin and not long enough. I bought this to go on top of a camping bed. Did a great job very comfortable. Used for my daughter's sleep over.
Lovely floor mat
Bought this to continue exercising in comfort at home. Lovely and thick and greatrotection when doing floor exercises on wooden floors
I have only rated four stars due to the mat moving slightly when I’m using it. It is however a thick mat and just what I’d been looking for! I would definitely recommend this product even more so for use on a solid floor rather than on carpet.
Doing Pilates or yoga with old, painful knees are greatly helped with this thick, spongy mat. Perfect for exercise at home, and with the carry strap provided it can be taken to classes elsewhere.

Brought it during the 1st lock down and I am using it more for my workouts. It is perfect.
Don't have too much experience of these but it is much more comfortable than our worn carpet for exercising on. Comes with strap to keep it rolled up for storage and after two weeks daily use does not show any signs of wear or damage.

What is the right size and thickness for your mat?
The more you exercise, the more you need a comfortable mat1. Thickness- If you're doing a gentle activity (such as Pilates) and are barefoot and exercising on the ground: opt for a mat that is at least 10 mm thick with a soft, comfy texture- If you do mainly dynamic exercises for strength training, 7 mm is sufficient.2. LengthFor Pilates or strength training, your mat should ideally be as long or longer than your height.

Yoga or pilates mat?
For Pilates, you need to be comfortable and isolated from the floor. For yoga however, while you still need a thick mat, the most important thing is grip. This is why we recommend choosing a mat that is suited to the kind of exercise you do.

My recipe for disinfecting and scenting your mat after each session is 300ml of water, 1 tablespoon of white vinegar, and 5 drops of lavender essential oil

To avoid it getting damaged after your workout, clean it and roll it up (not too tightly) using the straps providedFor private, individual, indoor use only.Avoid wearing shoes while using it, do not place heavy objects on it.Do not use hydroalcoholic gel to clean it.
