Genuinely causes more issues than it solves.
I try this for the camino Frances in 2013 , planing to do it again and definitely it bringing them back on my backpack for a 500 miles of good walk
Poor quality tape which is not conducive to taping your feet up due to have a backing tape
I've just walked a marathon for cancer research and don't have a single blister!

Helps prevent blisters and chaffing especially when I tape my ankles and the back of my feet that rub against the shoes. During long hikes it's an absolute life saver and I also tape my feet during running sessions.

I needed this for my leather shoes which are very hard to break. I was not finding a good product using band-aid mostly. But after finding this its a relieve.
