Used on my motorbike London-India

I used this in London for my motorbike and then to go to India (25000km), it's still in place but the plastic a bit damaged by the sun, but it's expected. Incredible quality for the price.

Missing

I bought it few days ago and now started to assemble it. But i cant figure out if theres a piece missing. Is there a tutorial?

But then is it waterproof or it isn't?

I don't cycle that much, so I chose this holder because it was reasonably priced. Turns out that when I tried to mount it, one of the necessary pieces was missing. This is annoying but I was planning to go back to the shop and exchange it. Now, after reading Decathlon's replies to another review, I'm just going to return it. The product says "waterproof" on it's own manufacturer's label, but the Decathlon team member replied to another review that it is not waterproof. Now I'm confused and don't trust the product anymore. A shame really.
