Sturdy lock at reasonable cost.

I read all these reviews about these locks being finicky and getting stuck - so before using I sprayed some MO94 generously in the mechanism and it works a charm. Lock has been smooth though the cold season - you just have to push the key a bit to make sure it gets into the mechanism - no fiddling required! Lock feels secure - bike has been locked outside in London for a month without issues so far. The only minus is that this lock (and other Decathlon chain locks) isn't in the 'Sold Secure' catalogue yet - be aware of this if you have bike insurance that requires your lock to be on the catalogue, these won't do... hopefully something Decathlon can arrange in the future, as these locks are great value!
Thieves were able to steal my bike despite the lock, no point in paying for a premium lock, if they want it they’re able to steal it regardless of the lock. Very bulky

Bought this to supplement my Tank grade DLock and keep my wheel secure (Not long enough to do both wheels in situ & frame but I knew that prior to purchase). Tough but smooth material covering the chain so it won’t scratch your paintwork. Great value and hope it deters any ‘have a go’ scumbag.

V německu testovali zámky od Abusu a další známé značky. K mému užasu tento zámek z DECATHLONU patřil mezi ty top nejlepší testované zámky. Dokonce se našli se i zámky od Abusu co stojí 3x tak víc než tenhle a totálně propadli. Takže si myslíš , že za ty prachy v dané třídě nic lepšího neseženete. Kolo pořád mám, takže asi ok :) Trochu jsem zvědavý, jak si poradí s vlhkostí a nečistotami, vstup pro klíč totiž není nijak chráněný
