Habe es für meine Nichte gekauft, gute Qualität und super zufrieden.
Viene con suficiente largura para cortarla a la medida q se necesite. Bastante manejable, como primera cuerda para aprender a hacer cosas esta muy bien.
Recomendable como cuerda de iniciacion, aunque para empezar a competir le haria falta un poco mas de cuerpo para ciertos ejercicios, entre ellos lanzamientos.

How to adjust the length of your rg rope to your height
It is important for gymnasts to choose a rope that is appropriate for their height.To choose the right length: Stand with your feet together and flat on the ground. Slip the rope under both feet.The ends of the rope should come up to armpit level.We recommend cutting the rope to the right length and quickly burning the edges to stop them fraying.You can also tie a knot at the ends for better grip.
How to care for your rg rope
Our product manager's tip: if needed, wash the rope by hand but do not machine wash.
