I am very pleased with the quality of this tent. As soon as I unpacked it and set it up it became apparent that the description that Decathlon have given is not just sales hype but is a genuinely accurate assessment of the quality of the product and it's features. It looks and feels like a quality product. The pockets that the poles slide in to on each corner of the inner tent are strong and well made and the poles are reasonable quality for the price. The tent fly sheet has a decent water proof rating as well. The ventilation aspects have been well thought out as well. The ground sheet is good quality as well. I noticed on the information about the tent it said that Decathlon tents are tested as well. Based on the quality of this tent that genuinely does seem to be the case. Decathlon do very much seem to be an outlet that have a modus operandi of substance over style , not that the products aren't stylish though but i'm just saying that the quality of the products seems genuinely important to them. I'm an experienced hiker and wild camper and I've used higher end tents but this tent of less than £30.00 stands up very well in comparison to my more expensive tents. It's a great classic dome tent. Easy to set up , nice and roomy. Seriously for less than £30.00 there's nothing not to like. A great advert for Decathlon.
It is excellent, I used in Scotland, I went for camping few times, was raining a lot, windy and everything was fine. cheaper and good tent.
Bought this tent from the Telford store, we use it as a store room for chairs and table and BBQ when using our campervan. Not let any water in as yet, not easy to erect in strong winds but when up its sturdy, Not slept in it as yet.
As with all Decathlon products this is well made easy to use and looks great. Pegs are a little cheep but I always buy the stronger ones anyway. My son is 6'3 and he can lay out in it. It is a separate fly sheet so does not condensate on inner tent. Value for money. good in wind and waterproof which is kind of important with a tent.
Just enough room for 2
Thank you for your review Liz.
Very easy to carry and put up
OK I get I should have paid more but that doesn’t justify the inaccurate photos and descriptions used on the website. Other reviewers pointed out the inaccurate photos used, some months ago, yet they remain in place. Anyway here’s the deal…. ..Firstly, it is only realistically useable as a one-person tent. And then only if you are less than 5ft 10ins and sleep diagonally across. Design fault too in that there needs to be another flysheet loop, in the middle at the back. (This is one of the errors in the photos, where there is such a hole). I found putting it up correctly quite hard work, accept that could be down to me but instructions seemed challenging. Useable just, with those points understood.
I love this tent, I've used to relax down the beach to watch the sunset and had it up in the living room for a grandson for a fun sleepover. It takes less than 10 minutes for me to put it up
It is incredibly easy to set it up and its very very confortable, it even has a hook to hook a lamp and inside storage, it also had a line to hang your clothes inside, i love how easy it is to pack it back up too! Vedy smart case design, love it!
Used for the first time this weekend. Great little tent & excellent value for money. Disappointed to find there were not enough pegs (4 “missing”)to use the guy ropes otherwise would have awarded it 5 stars.
Really happy with this tent. I bought it as a birthday present for my son. I haven’t put up a tent in over 30 years but this was so easy. We’ve been sleeping in it all week in our back garden. It’s water proof and very comfortably sleep 2 and a dog. So glad I chose this tent - very compact down, easy to put up, waterproof and comfy - perfect!
Purchased for me and my grandson this tent is amazing for the price takes minutes to put up and pack away great buy As always decathlon prices and quality is second to none
Bought for step son and couple of there pals got good use out but boys will be boys and snapped a pole
2 adults have hiked with tent now several times. It has stood both wind and Scottish wind well. It is small and light and takes no time at all to pitch. The only draw back is the amount of condensation inside the fly. We turn the fly inside out for a while in the morning to dry it. It is more of an annoyance than an issue. We are very happy with this tent

Textile dyeing requires a lot of water but also produces waste water from the dye baths. To reduce our impact on the environment, we use biton. One out of every two threads is dyed in bulk, thereby reducing our water consumption and water pollution. We chose to use this process on the flysheet of this tent.
Greige means that the fabric is not dyed and is in its raw colour state.Given the significant environmental impact of dyeing, we chose to use this process on bedroom of the tent.
This tent has a classic dome structure. All you have to do is fit the tent poles with the bedroom, and then fit the flysheet on top.To strike the tent, the process is the same, but in reverse. If it is windy it is advisable to attach the guy ropes that are provided in the tent bag.
Recommended tent with a self-inflating mattress or trekking mattress up to 65 cm wide.We do not recommend using inflatable mattresses, that are more than 8 cm thick, in this tent.Indeed, this greatly reduces the volume inside the tent and increases condensation inside.
So that air can flow and be replaced between the bedroom and the flysheet, and eliminate the natural condensation as much as possible, the tent has 1 air vent at the top.
All our tents are validated in the laboratory and in the field to guarantee the waterproofing. To do this, we put the entire tent under a 200 L/h shower for 3 hours. The flysheet is made of 2000mm Schmerber PU-coated polyester and the groundsheet is made of 120g/m² polyethylene. All the seams are sealed with thermobonded tape.
We test all our tents in a wind tunnel on a turntable to expose each side to the wind. A well-assembled tent with all the guy ropes properly deployed around the tent should remain habitable with a wind speed measured at 40 km/h near the ground (Force 5).
