Placement adviceStart by properly adjusting the main strap so that it is tight against your body, with the bag in a central position on the back or in the middle of the chest and the removable strap towards the bottom. Then clip the removable strap to the relevant attachment. Check that it is also tight and fits properly. You are ready for your sporting outing! Nice colour and multiple compartments, but I didn't like how the bag bounces when I run with just my handphone and an inhaler inside it.
good quality
It’s a very handy bag, and great if worn under a jacket, but when warm and just over a shirt, it moves around and bounces up and down. Good for the price, but not perfect 👍🏻
