A good addition to home exercising.
Excellent produit pour musculation
I thought this was a band that had some give / stretch. It DOES NOT STRETCH - it is static. It is for stretching, not muscle resistance building. if you want it for stretching its probably fine - but if you want it for muscle resistance exercises - this is the wrong equipment
