The size of your Swiss ball depends on your height!if you're less than 1.60 m tall and weigh less than 85 kg, then size 1 (55 cm diameter) is just what you need.The ball weighs 2 kg.

We recommend using a pump, which is sold separately (product reference: 8214626, or 8490986). Fully inflate your Swiss ball using a tape measure to check the diameter.For the size 1 ball, do not exceed 55 cm.Check that it is pumped up correctly by sitting on it: your knees should be at hip height.
