Are these sports shoes suitable for me?
By wearing shoes designed for fitness training rather than running shoes, you reduce the risk of injury by 20%. Studies carried out by our Sportlab laboratory have demonstrated the presence of several movements that are specific to fitness and different from other sports (rotations, grouped jumps, squats, lunges, etc). For all these reasons, the women's FSH 120 was designed from A to Z for fitness!
Are these fitness shoes for indoor use only?
As you may know, cardio fitness is generally done in a gym and/or at home. That's why our shoes have been designed for indoor use. What's more, their rubber, which is specifically designed for indoor use, will be damaged more quickly than expected if it comes into repeated contact with tar. The grip of our soles has also been tested and designed for indoor use. The proof:it doesn't leave marks on the floor!Practical, eh?
What drop does the sole of the shoe have? (in other words, the difference in height between the front and back of your foot).
Like all our fitness shoes, the women's mesh FSH 120 has a 4 mm drop:perfect for getting closer to the natural position of your feet when you are barefoot (and the drop is therefore 0 mm).

Lightweight, enveloping and breathable, the mesh liner of this shoe adapts perfectly to the curves of your foot for comfort during exercise, and even afterwards ;) !
Trust your feet, thanks to the multidirectional flexibility
To facilitate your changes of direction during exercise, a shoe's multidirectional flexibility (in other words, its ability to allow bending and twisting) must be optimal. Following studies carried out by our Sportlab laboratory, we have understood that the need for flexion/extension is 1.7 times greater in fitness than in running. With its grooves in the forefoot, the HX Flex sole of this shoe follows the natural flexion of your foot.
Why is forefoot support important in fitness training?
In fitness, the forefoot plays a key role as it is the main support used. It's how you keep your balance when you touch down to change direction. The women's FSH 120 is therefore fitted with reinforcements at the front of the foot to secure your lateral movements.And for even more support:a reinforcement at the back of the heel and a high upper to support your ankle.
Focus on forefoot cushioning
Cushioning is the ability of the shoe to cushion impacts and dampen vibrations. In fitness, the impact between the foot and the ground takes place on the forefoot. We've also designed this shoe to protect you from low- and medium- impact (body combat, cardio pulse, etc.), stabilise your footing and enable you to link up your movements more effectively.
