Pro's- - Reaches a high temp for searing steaks and burgers. - Comes apart for easy cleaning - Temperature dial works (unlike some other similar products) - Large enough for 2 meals at once Cons - - Plate warped for me on my first use. - Many foods require a hot surface before putting on, this warps the plate. - Warping is convex meaning you can't put a kettle on it efficiently - Included carry case is flimsy - Feet not adjustable so best to find a really flat surface
