Care tips

Regularly check the tension of the spokes and that your wheel is not bent. Do not use a high-pressure cleaner on the wheel bearings

Wheel assembly tip

Respect the tightening torque on the disc, which is 6 Nm, and the tightening of the cassette, which is 40 Nm.Remember to apply light thread-locking fluid on the threads of the disc screws.

Rockrider 26in rear wheel

Used this wheel for just under 2 years with some hard use most of the time. For £35 it is a bargain, stainless spokes too! Only maintenance required was to back off bearings a touch before first use but most machine built wheels require that.

you dont even get what you pay for!

bearings came overtightened, the disk flange was scratched/burred, the wheel came out of true before it even went on the bike! Bearings even with slight amount of pressure taken off them make a strange noise and you can feel the resistance when cycling. id like to say you get what you pay for but the wheel doesnt even live up to that.
