This resistance band is an improvement on the previous version. It is now 1.90 m long: 20 cm longer than before. It is still 7.6 cm wide and 0.55 mm thick. We made this change after studying all of your customer feedback (reviews, gyms, etc.). We hope that you like this new version. Thank you for your help!
Choosing the right pilates resistance band
When doing Pilates, you'll need several resistance bands: one for stretching, and another for muscle strengthening. Always use a lower resistance for stretching and a higher resistance for toning. The white line on the resistance band tells you where the middle is so that you can position yourself correctly.
How to look after this pilates resistance band
Here are a few tips to make your resistance band last longer:- Clean it gently with a damp cloth and lukewarm water after every workout.- From time to time, apply a thin layer of talc.- Keep it somewhere out of sunlight, away from any heat sources, and ideally at a temperature lower than 30°C.- Do not store it in your car, where temperature fluctuations could damage it.
User tip
To prevent injury, it's important to start slowly. We recommend two resistance levels: one for warming up and one for your main workout.Always remember that rubber is fragile.You will increase their longevity by not stretching them beyond twice their length. If you work out wearing shoes or want your product to last longer, we recommend using a textile resistance band.
Maintenance and storage instructions
To extend the life of your product, we recommend:- Gently cleaning it with warm water and a damp cloth- Sprinkling some talcum powder on it from time to time- Storing it out of direct light and away from heat sources, ideally at temperatures below 30°C
